The Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) Scheme is a new Federal Government initiative introducing mandatory labelling and water performance standards on a national basis for a range of commercial and household water using products.

The WELS Scheme uses a 6 star rating scale to provide water efficiency information, the more stars the more water efficient the product. All Caroma urinals are WELS compliant, and range from 3 star to a 6 star for the Caroma Cube 0.8L Smartflush® Urinal Suite.
